What a display of sheer talent. Now, going up against Wangaratta - a team that came in with a bit of chip on their shoulder about that tie earlier in the season - that's the kind of thing that could make some kids go within themselves. But not our kids.
They kept their heads up. Minute after minute. Ball after ball, pushing it into the opposition half like it was the only direction that existed. Out smarting each opponent with the mastery of their ball skills. This is what I call ‘believing’ with your feet.
And then in the final minutes - when most folks start checking their watches and thinking about snacks - young Ollie T decided that Roar’s Under 12 Black were not done writing this story yet. He pulled out the kind of shot with timing that would make a watchmaker weep into his little magnifying glass.
We’re proud of every one of the Tigers today - particularly grateful to the return of Austin Z. We missed your grace and class.
This wasn't about the score line - more so a group of young fellows with Roar in their name and even more of it in their hearts, who refused to blink first.
Onward, Cobram. Go get 'em, Tigers!

With plenty still to play for, Roar will be looking to carry this momentum into the final two matches of the campaign.
