First opening its doors in 1981, Sporties has spent the past four-and-a-half decades growing alongside the community and creating a place where people can come together.
For the birthday week there will be '80s-inspired cocktails, a special retro menu and double points available for members throughout the venue for the entire month.
An '80s Karaoke Night will be hosted by Jade Camden on Thursday, August 20, followed by the official marking of the milestone on Friday, August 21, with a morning tea and cake cutting.
A Rewind '80s Mixtape Party will be held that night in the main lounge from 8pm.

The anniversary provides an opportunity to reflect on the club’s 45-year history, contribution to the region and to thank the members and community who have supported them along the way.
Sporties Barooga president Darren Nolan said the organisation had always put community first.
“It is estimated that Barooga Sports Club has invested more than $60 million into the local community during its 45 years of operation,” he said.
“A significant contribution reflecting the club's long-standing commitment to supporting the region it calls home.”
Members, locals and visitors are invited to come along to the celebrations, raising a glass to the next 45 years.
