Cherished mother of Peta & Kelly.

Beloved mother in-law of Garry & Mark.

Loved sister of Rob & John (both dec).

Loving Nana of Heather, Madison, Hayley, Grace and Tom.

Aunt, Cousin & friend to many, brilliant nurse & midwife.

Loved by all and forever in our hearts.

Celebration of Patsy’s life will be held on Monday 17/07 at 2:00 PM at the Burkin Svendsens Chapel.

Please wear bright clothes or pink as a Celebration of Patsy’s life.

In lieu of flowers, a photo or memory of Patsy to give to her children & grandchildren would be appreciated.
