Dearly loved and loving member of the Congregation of Jesus (Loreto Sisters) died peacefully at St Peter’s Residential Aged Care, Lane Cove.
Loved daughter of John and Mary, sister of Patricia, John, Margaret, Paul SJ (all deceased) and Annette, cherished aunt and great-aunt. Greatly loved by her Loreto sisters, her students and friends, across Australia and beyond.
Claire was a gracious, wise, warm-hearted and witty woman, whose self-effacing life of generous service flowed from her deep friendship with God.
May she rest in peace.
Mass of Christian Burial for Sr Claire CJ will be offered in The Church of St Francis Xavier, MacKenzie Street, Lavender Bay on Thursday January 29, 2026 commencing at 10.00am.
