Born on Kangaroo Island. Dearly loved partner of Alan (Nugget) and mother of Chloe and Rhett. Only daughter of Judy Johnson and the late Nils Swanson. Stepdaughter of Dean. Dearly loved sister and sister in law of John and Faye, Peter and Pat, Richard and Ainslie. Our hearts are broken Cathy. You fought so hard to stay. We know you are now at peace and with no more pain. We all have so many beautiful memories of you. Thank you to all the staff at the RAH for the wonderful care she received during her long battle. Rest in peace Cathy.
