After a short illness, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 24 July 2026
Aged 70 years
Beloved son of Giorgio and Filomena Ciccarello (both deceased)
Loving father of Alyssia and Isaac
Adored brother and brother in-law of Pier, Emmy and Michael, Isy and Paul, Sam and Maria
Treasured uncle of Adrian and Courtenay, Bjorn and Renae, Natasha, Lisa and Daniel, Dean and Melinda, Mark and Sammi, Mitchell and Vy, Emerson and Christina and grand uncle of 11 grand nieces and nephews
Albert will be greatly missed by his friends and relatives in Australia and Italy
The family wish to sincerely thank Dr Bart Mascolo for his outstanding care of Albert, to the RAH team of E Wing 6th floor, and to Dr Ben and the wonderful Palliative Team at QEH.
A special person who will be loved and remembered always. RIP
