WORTHINGTON, Terence Anthony (Terry)

The Judges, Masters and staff of the District Court of South Australia were saddened by the passing of former Chief Judge Terry Worthington.

Terry was the Chief Judge of the District Court of South Australia from December 1997 until he retired in April 2013, having been a Judge of the Court from August 1995.

The Judges, Masters and staff of the Court extend their heartfelt condolences to his wife, Jill and Terry’s family.

Terry was a kind, compassionate and trusted colleague who served the Court and the State with distinction over many years.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
