You passed away peacefully, pain free and with dignity, thanks to the palliative care team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
I will cherish every laugh, every hug, every moment we shared, especially those in your last few weeks.
You will always be with me, I will carry you in my heart, in everything I do, for the rest of my life.
My heart is broken, I will miss you, until we meet again.
