One year ago we lost our beautiful Mum and Nanna after a courageous battle that was fought with strength and dignity. Today we remember you with silent tears but also with immense gratitude for the blessing of having you. Your laughter, your strength, selflessness, patience and unconditional love are the memories we hold dear and will cherish forever.
