Strathmerton Bowls Club publicity officer Mandy Murnane said the club had a “busy and successful year”.
“We fielded a midweek team for the first time and made it to the finals,” she said.
“We also hosted some of the regional finals.”
Ms Murnane said the presentation day was held at the Railway Hotel in Strathmerton, and they were grateful to the hotel for sponsoring the food.
“It was great to see so many club members and families come along to the event,” she said.
“We are looking forward to bigger and better things next year.”
The club will host its annual general meeting on Sunday, May 24 with a barbecue lunch at 12pm and the meeting set to start at 1pm.
