The Coleambally Junior Netballers got some much needed match practice in before their season starts this week.

The younsters played rep netball in Young last week, and there was also an under-11s gala day on Sunday in Leeton.

The team played six games throughout the gala day, giving them great practice before the start of the season.

The South West Juniors and Farrer League Football/Netball seasons start this Saturday, with Coleambally hosting Temora in same day sports.

Memberships will be on sale, please see Carl Chirgwin at the ground.

It is for $50 single/pensioner and $100 couple/family.

In the junior football sphere, Coleambally junior footballer Joel Mahy has being selected in the Riverina under-15s Combined High Schools AFL team recently.

Games will be played in Albury from May 8 to 10.
