Tungamah’s Stacy Parks and Elli Buerckner have won at the Picola and District Football Netball League’s Pearce Medal, Netball Coach of the Year and Rising Netball Umpire awards respectively last Monday night.
Elli received the Rising Netball Umpire Award after umpiring throughout the 2026 season. Her involvement in netball has included both playing and umpiring.
Stacys was named Netball Coach of the Year following the 2026 season. She coached Tungamah’s netball side throughout the season and leading them to a become a formidable force throughout the year. Her leadership, dedication and commitment have played a key role in the team’s success.
Sophie Coghill was nominated for the Netball Rising Star Award after her season on the court, while Archie Doyle received a nomination for the Football Rising Star Award following his first season of senior football after progressing from the junior ranks.
