Yes, you read that correctly: free.
It’s filled with winter gardening tips, ways to bring the lawn back after a dry summer, delicious recipes, clever small space solutions, a fun pet story, cleaning hacks, energy-saving advice, winter reads and even a man cave feature for the guys.
Magazine editor Kelly Lucas-Carmody said the edition was jam-packed full of goodness.
“Our homes are the places where we feel safest, most relaxed and inspired, and where we make memories that last a lifetime,” she said.
“It is a reminder of why we treasure every corner, every project and every moment spent at home.
“With the cost of living on the rise and more families spending time at home, eating in, growing fresh produce, tackling DIY projects and giving spaces a bit of TLC, I wanted this edition to reflect the changes many are experiencing.”
The old Cashel Bank in Dookie is also featured, along with Tank and Tobin Sculpture Works.
There is also information on the Alternative Living Gathering and a special spread on local artist Joan Erikson, and that’s just naming a few of the features.
“There really is something for everyone in this winter edition,” Kelly said.
“Be sure to grab your copy free inside the News this Friday and get set to kick your feet up and enjoy the read.”
