1 ripe banana
½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)
Method:
Wash the berries thoroughly and remove any stems.
Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired thickness.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
Once the smoothie is blended to your liking, pour it into glasses and serve immediately.
Optional garnishes:
Fresh mint leaves or sliced strawberries or berries of choice on the rim of the glass.
