in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral Church of Archangels Michael

and Gabriel, 286 Franklin Street, Adelaide

At conclusion of Service the Cortege will proceed

to Centennial Park Cemetery, Orthodox B section.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Hospital Research Foundation

(Heart) would be appreciated by the family
