The Corowa Rutherglen Female Roos were well represented at the North East Border Female Football League Best and Fairest in their first year in the comp under the Roos banner.

Players received an invite to the presentation night held last Friday if they made the top 10 in votes or were the leading goal kicker in their age group with nine players across the four age groups invited as well as club volunteers Mia Spiteri and Kristie Willett.
Under 14s joint runner up, Roo Isabella Haberfield.
In the Under 12s, Roo Lily Kiely was joint winner with Lavington Panther Matilda Bell on 16 votes, one vote ahead of the runner up.
The Roos were well represented in the Under 14s as well with Isabella Haberfield claiming joint runner up on 22 votes alongside Wodonga’s Charlotte Coysh, one vote behind the winner for Lavington Alexis Harrison.
Under 14s leading goal kicker Macie Thomson with 43 goals.
Corowa Rutherglen also took out one of the age group leading goal kicking gongs with Macie Thomson claiming the Under 14s leading goal scorer award with 43 goals for season 2025.
