Echuca was dominant on its home greens, claiming all three rinks by a big score, 16-83 to 0-47.
Joe Greco skipped the most promising rink for Ky, but still went down to the Kerryn Evans-led opposition 24-19.
Bob Mason recorded a similar scoreline, falling 16-22, while the Mary Greco-led rink couldn’t build any momentum and was soundly beaten 12-37.

Stanhope also returned to parity, scoring a hard-fought win over Mathoura 14-57 to 2-52.
Jennifer Crilly led her quartet to the biggest win of the fixture, coming out on top 21-13, and Gregory Fitzpatrick was also successful 20-17.
Troy Mansbridge pulled one back for Mathoura 22-16, but Stanhope did enough to prevail overall.

Both Kyabram and Stanhope join a crowded midtable, with five sides currently 2-2, chasing leader Moama (4-0).
Lower divisions
In division two, Kyabram came away with the edge on points in a draw with Echuca, 9-65 to 7-65.
Although they split overall honours, Ky had the edge through winning two rinks to one.

In division three, Kyabram cruised to victory over Lockington, 14-55 to 0-23, and Tongala was successful over Rochester 14-48 to 0-31.
Ky Valley View fell to Moama 12-38 to 2-32.

Division four saw Kyabram downed by Echuca 12-40 to 2-38, while Tongala struggled against Moama Black, 0-30 to 14-47.
Stanhope took down Lockington 14-50 to 0-31.
