Travelling to Tungamah Recreation Reserve, the Tigers took a while to hit their straps, but once they did, proved far too classy for the Bears, claiming a 16.11 (107) to 10.5 (65) victory.

But a seven-goal to three second quarter put the Tigers firmly in control of the contest, leading by 23 points at the main break and only furthering their advantage from there, leading by 40 at three-quarter time before going on to win by the eventual 42 points.
William Gorman was named best afield for the Tigers in the win, booting three goals in the process, while Mitch Ward wasn’t far behind with three majors of his own. Mitchell Coleman kicked five goals for the Tigers to be named third-best.
Taiten Rudd and James Beilby (two goals) rounded out the most influential, with Seb Conheady and Shem Swoffer adding a goal each to complete the goalkickers’ list.
The Tigers will travel to Tocumwal to take on the Bloods this weekend as they look to continue to build momentum.
