Head trainer at The Fighters Academy Scott Maskell said Charlton fought his guts out and at one point turned in the best round of boxing he had ever seen. But in the end it was his opponent Michael Gambold who took out the title.
Jake Hurz also clinched one of the titles up for grabs on the night after defeating Joel Eastwood.
Champion: Jake Hurz holds his Regional Championship belt.
Winner winner: Jake Hurz celebrates after being announced as the winner in his fight against Joel Eastwood.
There were 14 boxing bouts on the night overall.
