Former Cobram resident and cricket club player Craig Hocking is organising the event and said it would be a chance to “reminisce on the past and have a great day”.
The captain of the 1975-76 premiership team, Bob Singline, will be in attendance alongside Peter Stewart, who captained the 1984-85 and 1985-86 premierships.
Murray Valley Cricket Association Hall of Fame inductees Kevin Thewlis and Gerard McGrath will also play a major role in the afternoon’s proceedings.
“They’re selecting the top 12 cricketers that have played for the Cobram Cricket Club in the last 50 years, from 1975 to 2025,” Mr Hocking said.
“It'll be quite a big job.”

On the day, the bar will be open and finger food will be provided, thanks to Cobram Cricket Club president Manny Artavilla.
Mr Hocking said his main motivation for organising the reunion was to get everyone together to celebrate the club and reflect on their cricket careers.
“My father actually played with Barooga and Cobram, so I grew up watching him play cricket,” he said.
“I played when I was probably 12 years old, until I was about 32.
“I played at Geelong and Wangaratta, but mainly at Cobram.”
The reunion will be held at the Cobram showgrounds clubrooms from 2pm on Saturday, February 21.
