The Cobram and District Junior Netball Association (CDJNA) proudly hosted its inaugural tournament on Sunday, November 9, bringing together young netballers from across the region for an exciting day of competition and community spirit.

The event featured under-11 and under-13 divisions, with six under-11 teams and nine under-13 teams taking to the courts. Teams travelled from as far as Whorouly and Deniliquin, showcasing the strong regional support for junior netball.
Tocumwal took out the under-11 competition.
Spectators were treated to a day of closely fought matches, culminating in two thrilling grand finals, which saw the Deni Divas crowned under-13 champions, defeating Barooga, while Tocumwal was crowned under-11 champions after defeating Cobram.
The Deni Diva's claimed the under-13 title.
Feedback from players, coaches, and families was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the success of the day both on and off the court.
Barooga's under-13 side finished as runner-up.
A special highlight was the participation of two CDJNA teams, marking their debut appearance in the competition. The Association expressed immense pride in the efforts and sportsmanship shown by all players.
While teams travelled from far and wide, there was still plenty of local representation.
CDJNA extends a huge thank you to its dedicated committee members and volunteers for their hard work in organising and running the event. Their commitment made the first CDJNA Tournament a resounding success.
