Will Sharp struck early, having the Rhinos captain Boddie Arthur caught behind for eight.
Jonty Tubb came in at number three and showed some early aggression against the off-spin of Kale Watkins.
Tubb’s slog sweep for four was the best shot for the innings.
Unfortunately, Watkins removed Tubb (7) two balls later when an outside edge was skied to gully.
Harry Hillier looked solid and only played one false stroke in his innings, ultimately his dismissal ball.
Hillier (12) was hit on the pads by paceman Brendan Lewis and given out LBW.
Peter Wilson (0) was bowled by Lewis, and the Rhinos slumped to 4/40.
Andrew Hogan looked to play powerfully through the offside, taking boundaries off Sharp and leg spinner Ben Beaumont.
Hogan (10) knicked one off the leg-spinner and was well caught by the Barooga wicketkeeper, Cam Nye.
Dean Herberte joined Nick Fogo and the pair added 13 for the sixth wicket.
Lewis was relentless with his line and length and was rewarded by bowling Herberte (4).
The score remained at 57, with Fogo (9) bowled by Beaumont.
The Rhinos were 7/57 after 28 overs.
Fletcher Campion, who made his A-grade debut on day one and remained in the team for day two, played his shots and scored eight runs in his first innings.
Beaumont bowled Campion, and the Rhinos were 8/65.
Jake Herberte (0) was given out LBW to Beaumont, who now had four wickets for the innings.
Lachlan Holloway took two boundaries off Lewis in his 12th over.
The second boundary was a solid lofted drive straight down the ground.
Lewis had his revenge in his next over, bowling Holloway (8).
The Rhinos were bowled out for 73, losing by 221 runs.
Lewis and Beaumont finished up with four wickets apiece while Sharp bowled well with no luck, 1/13 off ten overs.
Sharp’s spell included five consecutive maidens.
The accuracy of the Barooga bowling was shown by the fact that five of the Rhinos batters were bowled, and another two were out LBW.
