The Tigers tackled Tocumwal in the decider at the Cobram Showgrounds, producing an all-round team effort to take the chocolates.
Matteo Allen was the star with bat in hand, hitting 45 from 75 deliveries as Cobram racked up 9-120 from its 40 overs, and it was enough to snare himself a player of the match award as well as a premiership medal.
Connor Baxa (27 from 53) also spent plenty of time at the crease, while the likes of Jack Andrew (3-17) and Patrick Bennett (2-12) were dangerous with ball in hand for the Bloods.
Tocumwal started its chase in brilliant fashion as its top four batters - Tom Oliver (20), Andrew (14), Chase Hardwidge (10) and Zac Dixon (22) - all reached double figures.
But from there the Tigers took charge, ousting the last nine Bloods wickets for just 42 runs - and the final seven for just 23 - to have them all-out for 86.
It was Hugh Hyde (3-12) who claimed the most rewards, but six other Tigers took a wicket as the entire side got involved in the grand final glory.
● In the under-14 grand final it was Deniliquin securing success against Nathalia at Memorial Park.
The Rhinos snared a second flag in three seasons after restricting the Purples to 9-90 and chasing it down with six wickets to spare.
Angus Wright was in everything for the Rhinos and was named man of the match, claiming a stumping before handing over the gloves and taking 2-11 from six overs with ball in hand.
He then backed it up with an unbeaten 29, combining with Lachlan Holloway (34) and Jake Herberte (10 not out) to steer his side to victory.
Harry McIlwain was also impressive for the premiers with 2-10.
“Gus (Wright) was a well deserved winner of the medal. We learnt that we needed to protect him a little bit and have him bat at five,” Deniliquin coach Anthony Bradley told the Pastoral Times.
“While we had him at the crease we were confident of a win.
“Lachy Holloway really got us going at the start of the innings though.
“He changed the game by hitting their best bowler for 17 runs to get us off to a good start.
“The most impressive part is that the only player on our list that made the MVCA Team of the Year was Ryan Rotherham, who moved away mid-season.
“We obviously didn't have Ryan playing for us, so none of our grand final team were in the Team of the Year.
“It just goes to show that a team of champions does not beat a champion team.”
Nathalia skipper Ewan Congues (36) and Ned Frostick (21) led the way with the bat, while four separate Purples claimed wickets in the defeat.
