Acting school principal Stephanie Arundel said it was a “wonderful” day and the weather was “perfect”.
“The students performing did an amazing job and loved having their parents here to watch them,” she said.
Ms Arundel said emergency services and Dutch Thunder Wildlife Shelter set up stalls at the fête.
She said there was also a local produce stall and a cake stall that families in the community donated to.

“The kids loved the petting zoo, all the different jumping castles and because it was pretty warm the kids really got stuck into the snow cones,” Ms Arundel said.
Ms Arundel thanked everyone for coming and said they were still in the process of counting the money raised, but that it was a significant amount.
“We could not do it without the donations and the volunteers from the community,” she said.
“All the people, time, effort and hard work that goes into it is nothing short of extraordinary, and we are beyond grateful for that.
“Hopefully with the money we can buy something really super fun for the kids.”
