The ride, more than 2000km long, is to raise money for Ottrey Lodge in Cobram which is currently undergoing significant upgrades.
The Wild Hogs in Lycra rode form Perth to Cobram in February year to raise money for dementia and Alzheimer's disease research and support.
Rider Raymond Jarrett pulled out of the ride at Keith last year due to a back injury, which is why the group is returning to the town to complete the ride with him.
“We are raising money for Ottrey Lodge, the aged care facility in Cobram; it is a not-for-profit which is undergoing a huge upgrade,” rider Gifford Crosthwaite said.
“They are increasing their capacity to 80 beds and upgrading the other 40 to keep providing a fantastic service to the community.
“We will have a lot of fun raising money for the aged care facility.”
The group begins the two-week ride on Saturday and expects to ride about 150km each day.
The riders have an account set up with Bendigo Bank to receive donations. The bank account number is 169014610 and the BSB is633000.
