The Strathmerton Lions Club celebrated its Christmas breakup party on Tuesday, December 13 at the Mail Box Café in Strathmerton.

The event was filled with laughter and celebration as the members gathered to enjoy their festive get-together.
It was also a time to acknowledge the service of three of its members.
Lions member Ian Taylor, past district governor of Lions V6 District Trevor Sutton and Lions member Ron Munro were each honoured for their 50 years of service to the Strathmerton Lions Club.

The three, who were foundation members of the Strathmerton Lions Club, were awarded their 50-year service medallions through the 201 V6 District Convention held in Numurkah.
