Service NSW is set to visit the region at the end of September, with its mobile service centre to be set up in Barooga.
Service NSW’s mobile service centre will be situated in the Sporties Barooga car park, at 10-16 Burkinshaw St, between 9am and 3.30pm on Tuesday, September 29.
On site, the staff will offer access to services such as driver knowledge tests and assistance with driver’s licences, mobility parking and photo card applications.
They will also support applications for working with children checks and NDIS worker checks.
Locals, too, will be able to apply for birth, death and marriage certificates, and cost-of-living support.
Severe weather may mean the timetable has to change at short notice, and Service NSW strongly recommends checking the timetable on the day ahead of visiting the mobile service centre.
