Preparing now can help businesses stay compliant, reduce waste disposal costs and improve day-to-day operations.
The Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation is offering free online workshops for businesses and institutions in the hospitality, aged care and childcare sectors.
Those taking part will learn about the changes to food waste legislation and what it means for businesses, practical ways to reduce food waste and setting up effective food waste separation systems.
Workshops are being held on Monday, July 20, from 2pm to 4pm and Tuesday, August 4, from 10am to noon.
