A Remembrance Day service was held at Seymour World War I Memorial Park on Friday, November 11, to honour fallen soldiers.

Master of ceremonies Matt Mclachlan gave an opening speech, which was followed by prayers from Fr Don Klause.
Seymour College student Liam Reign read a poem and Puckapunyel School of Armour guest speaker Corey Bayliss gave a history of World War I.
There was a wreath-laying ceremony followed by playing of The Last Post and a minute of silence.
The day provided an opportunity for members of the community to get together and pay their respects to soldiers past and present.
