Uniformed officers in the Moira Shire have arrested and charged two people over a sequence of alleged farm burglaries earlier this month.

A 27-year-old male from Caboolture South, QLD was arrested on Thursday, July 10, and charged with aggravated burglary, handling stole goods and theft in relation to the alleged burglary of a farm on Monday, July 7.
He was charged in relation to a stolen Toyota LandCruiser, worth at least $120,000 and which was found burnt-out in the Geelong area last week.
Police said the vehicle was discovered after a member of the public noticed a fire and called emergency services.
Meanwhile, a 26-year-old Shepparton woman has been charged with burglary and handling stolen goods over the alleged theft of a motorcycle from a farm shed in Drumanure.
She faces Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on October 20.
