Choose your category:
• Artwork – create a postcard design showing what you love about our region (up to Year 12).
• Photography – submit an original photo taken within the Murrumbidgee Council area (all ages).
There are categories for preschoolers, school students, young people and adults, with gift cards up for grabs!
Entries close at 5pm tomorrow, Thursday, July 30.

The Coleambally Rescue Squad is celebrating its 50th anniversary and is inviting students to take part in a special colouring competition.
Coleambally Central School, St Peter’s Coleambally, Coleambally Preschool and Cypress View Lodge have all had their colour-in sheets delivered.
Entries will be collected from these locations this Friday, July 31, so make sure your entry is in for judging.

Now in its sixth year, the grants aim to help fund local grassroots initiatives that uplift rural and regional communities across Australia.

This week’s spotlight on local health and wellbeing programs and organisations is focuses on the Coleambally-Argoon Country Women’s Association.
It is proudly sponsoring Amanda Mannes in her Midlife Health Program, about perimenopause or menopause and lifestyle changes that can help women going through these changes.
Amanda is a certified menopausal coaching specialist and a dietitian, working with people on women’s health, inflammation and gut and metabolic health.
She will lead a six week program starting August 5, from 12.30pm to 2pm at Muddy Duck’s meeting room. Cost is $80.
