The store has been nominated for both Champion Jewellery Store and Australian Business of the Decade.
Noonans has previously won Champion Jewellery Store back in 2021 and 2024, and it is now in the running for a third title.
Owner Cath Noonan said she was “shocked” when she found out they had been nominated.
“I was just thrilled,” she said.
“To be recognised in not one, but two categories, is such an honour.
“We are so proud of our little store, and so grateful for the continued support from all our amazing community.”
Noonans Showcase Jewellers is also celebrating a significant milestone this year, with employee Theresa celebrating 32 years at Noonans.

Theresa said when she started working at Noonans at just 16-years-old, she never imagined she would be there forever, but the store has now seen her through many major life events, including marriage and kids.
Theresa said the best part about working at Noonans was the “people,” who have become, not friends, but family.
“It’s like coming home every single day ... I feel blessed,” she said.
“Over the years, things have really changed, it’s a bit more modern, and we’ve been through a lot of changes with jewellery trends.”
Noonans was taken over in July of 1972 by Cath’s mother and father-in-law, Trevor and Erryl Noonan.
Cath and her husband Andrew then took over the business in 1997, and to this day, they remain the proud owners.

“We employ local ladies, and we just come to work and get a bit of work done, but have fun while we’re doing it,” Cath said.
“I think if you’ve got a fun, happy environment between your staff, customers feel that when they come in.”
Noonans also holds a very special love story in it’s walls, with owners Cath and Andrew meeting for the very first time in the store in the 1980s.
Cath said she used to work at the Amcal Pharmacy and would come into the shop to visit her friend who worked there —Cath and Andrew have now been married for more than 30 years.
Cath, Andrew and the rest of the Noonans team hope to bring home some trophies at the Australian Small Business Champion Awards in May. The Cobram Courier wishes them all the best.
