Moggs Accounting + Advisory managing principal Sharon Postlethwaite has been crowned 2025 Count Leader of the Year, ahead of other nominees from around Australia.
The team at Moggs is extremely proud that Ms Postlethwaite was recognised for everything she has done.
Former managing principal of Moggs Accounting + Advisory Peter Moggs said Ms Postlethwaite’s dedication and strong work ethic was evident from the outset when she began at Moggs.
“Everyone at Moggs is so pleased for Sharon, as this award is just recognition for a hard-working, loyal and talented colleague,” he said.
Ms Postlethwaite began at Moggs Accounting + Advisory in November 2001 after relocating from Kraft Foods.
Beginning as office manager in the Cobram office, she quickly rose to the position of chief executive officer after management recognised her talent and work ethic.
Since then, Ms Postlethwaite has built strong relationships with her staff based on empathy, kindness and understanding.
At the same time as she manages a team of up to 60 staff across four offices in Cobram, Finley, Albury and Shepparton, she is known to be the first to arrive and the last to leave.
The Count Leader of the Year award recognises leaders who inspire their teams, make strong financial decisions and are regarded as outstanding leaders by their peers.
