Organisers and patrons were tested with soaring temperatures and a power outage, but nothing dampened spirits at Yarrawonga’s first Blitz Golf and After Dark festival.
The mercury topped 43 degrees on Sunday, exacerbated by a four hour power outage in parts of Yarrawonga, but nothing was going to stop the music at Silverwoods Resort at its inaugural Blitz Golf and After Dark festival.

Headlined by Aussie icon, Diesel and supported by Jade Gibson, Natasha, DJ Grand Master Baitz and the ever entertaining Taxiride with Jason Singh, After Dark was the hottest ticket in town.
The music followed Blitz Golf, which is to golf what T20 is to cricket with pro golfers and celebrities taking to the course in what was Blitz Golf’s biggest first-year event in Australia.
