The annual Benalla Clydesdale and Heavy Horse Driving Day is set to take place on Saturday, May 4, at the Moorngag Hall and Recreation Reserve.

The event, which draws participants and spectators alike from across the region, will feature classes catering to all driving abilities, including open, novice and junior categories.
For beginners, there will be a dedicated ring for tuition and learning opportunities.
Participants will have the chance to showcase their skills as the beautiful Clydesdales and heavy horses navigate a series of obstacles, driven by long rein, demonstrating both elegance and agility.
Registrations will begin at 9am, with the competition kicking off at 10am.
Spectators are encouraged to join in on the excitement, with entry to the grounds requiring only a gold coin donation.
In addition to the thrilling competitions, attendees can enjoy a variety of refreshments available for purchase, including food, drinks, tea and coffee.
