Greens Lake at Corop will be temporarily closed from 5pm Monday, October 5, to 5pm Wednesday, October 7.
Goulburn-Murray Water general manager water storage services Jon McKeown said public access to the lake would not be permitted during the closure period.
The closure will allow G-MW to carry out weed spraying ahead of summer as part of its fire prevention program and maintain a safe site for visitors and the surrounding community.
