A new cafe has hit the streets of Shepparton. This isn't your ordinary cafe; it's the Eco Cafe, a community-driven initiative by Shepparton Access. The railway line between Shepparton and Seymour has been upgraded as part of the $400 million stage three Shepparton Line Upgrade project, which received $320 million in federal and state government funding.
