The small town of Devenish celebrated the holiday season in December with a Christmas party in the local park.
Benalla Rural City Citizen of the year for 2021, June Howard, said it was a relaxed atmosphere and everyone had a great time.
“What a glorious evening it was,” Ms Howard said.
“(We had music) from the Rose City Band, Father Christmas was there and everyone enjoyed a community barbecue.”
