The Cobram Rotary Club has donated $600 worth of equipment to the Strathmerton First Aid Club as a thank you for its assistance at Cobram Rotary's 14th annual Swap Meet and Show N Shine last August.
Equipment included a new marquee, four executive-style chairs for treating patients and defibrillator equipment.
Rotary Club president James Cornish said members were happy to donate to the Strathmerton First Aid Club, noting the volunteer organisation had been assisting them with the Swap Meet and Show N Shine every year.
“We are very pleased to work with the Strathmerton First Aid Club and support them,” Mr Cornish said.
The Strathmerton First Aid Club has been operational for 12 years and currently consists of six hard-working volunteers.
They are often seen providing services, free of charge, at community events around Moira Shire.
