Police received four reports of thefts from motor vehicles in the Cobram area, with all from vehicles reported to be unlocked.
The boy was bailed to appear at a Children’s Court at a later date.
● A man, 28, has faced court and four others arrested as part of a cross-border strike force investigation into drug supply.
Police in NSW and Victoria executed warrants in Cobram, Shepparton, Mulwala and Wangaratta last Thursday, allegedly seizing electronic devices, drugs, weapons, stolen goods and drug paraphernalia.
Following an extensive investigation, officers executed a search warrant at a motel in Mulwala about 7.45 am Thursday.
The man, 28, was arrested at the home and taken to Mulwala police station, where he was charged with supply prohibited drug, steal motor vehicle, police pursuit and four outstanding warrants for traffic offences.
Police executed three simultaneous search warrants in Cobram, Wangaratta and Shepparton.
Officers allegedly located and seized methylamphetamine, MDMA, weapons and stolen goods.
Two men, aged 25 and 26, as well as two women, aged 21 and 27, were arrested and are assisting police with inquiries.
● Cobram police officers are reminding residents to remove all valuable items from their vehicles and ensure they are locked at all times.
● Early on June 11 there was an attempted burglary at the Cobram Secondary School canteen.
The offenders damaged the door but were unable to gain entry. Police officers are reviewing the CCTV footage.
● A vehicle suffered extensive damage in a collision in Cobram last week.
Police said the collision happened during heavy fog on the Cobram South Rd on June 11.
Police allege a red Mitsubishi Triton pulled out on to Cobram South Rd from Healy Rd into the path of a red Holden Colorado.
The Colorado suffered extensive damage.
● Cobram police officers are investigating an incident which saw a business ransacked on the weekend.
Sometime on Saturday or Sunday, the business on Dillon St was targeted by offenders.
Police officers are reviewing the CCTV footage from the area.
● A number of items were taken during a burglary at a Cobram address last week.
The incident occurred on Friday at a Dairy Paddock Lane address and jewellery and electronics were allegedly taken by the offenders.
● Cobram police officers are investigating two incidents which happened last week in town.
Sometime between Thursday and Saturday, properties in Hovell St and Ovens Ct had windows damaged.
Early Saturday, offenders allegedly damaged an extensive length of the showground fence near Ivy St.
