ERC’s Spring into Racing event will be held on Saturday, September 20 which will not only celebrate the end of winter, but the start of a busy period for racing for the club.
“We’ve got our Spring into Racing event coming up that has been growing over the last couple of years with a lot of end-of-season trips and other events,” ERC track manager Jarratt Farley said.
“It has become our fifth major race day with plenty of things happening on and off the track with the Wildlings headlining that event.”
The meet’s dress code is country casual, with a range of hospitality packages available and courtesy buses running throughout the day.
ERC will also host its annual Moama Bowling Club Melbourne Cup Day Races on Tuesday, November 4 with a full race form expected and the return of the Fashions on the Field competition.
You can choose to enjoy the event in an all-inclusive marquee, opt for an umbrella package or even a custom private package as well as general admission.
Considered one of the standout racing events on Country Victoria’s 2025 race calendar, there will be courtesy buses running throughout the day to suit your needs.
“We’ve got free kid’s activities, live music and hospitality packages to entertain all ages which is our standard for a big race day out here,” Jarratt said.
“Spring is always a great time to race; it’s the time of year when things are starting to heat up again, and its great for us to be able to tie a couple of events in with a great season.
“We always try and make every race meeting as enjoyable and successful for everyone as we can, so they can just get here and enjoy a good day of racing.
“Our tickets for Melbourne Cup Day will go on sale at the end of July, we are always tinkering to make it a bigger and better day every year.”
