The op shop is set to open in a few weeks following continuous COVID-19 lockdowns.
Cobram Uniting Church Op Shop coordinator Barbara White said a range of specials would be on offer, including half price winter clothes.
"We want to bring people back to this very popular op shop," Mrs White said.
"We have very good priced and quality clothing, lots of knick-knacks, records, DVDs, crafts and kitchenware.
"We've had church ladies and local ladies from the community coming in to set everything up and when we have a working bee like this, I always make something homemade to share."
Mrs White said it was essential for Cobram to have an op shop.
"The op shop not only helps people pick up bargains, it helps with recycling, and the social aspect of it is very important — everyone has missed that because of COVID-19," she said.
A wide range of specials will be on offer at the op shop.

"People like to talk and I've had one lady say to me, 'thank you for listening to me'.
"We have customers from all walks of life, even caravanners looking for a magazine, a book to read or a glass for happy hour.
"People can find a treasure here for not very many dollars."
A team of 20 volunteers will help run the op shop and accept donations during opening hours.
