The Victorian-NSW border closure restrictions will be amended in line with the easing of COVID-19 restrictions in regional Victoria according to Local Member for Albury Justin Clancy."Traveling to Sydney yesterday my first port of call today was to contact the (NSW) Premier (Gladys Berejiklian) - to stress the importance of the border restrictions being eased in line with changes to the Victorian regions,” Mr Clancy said in a Facebook post on Tuesday evening."I’m pleased that the Premier spoke to this later this morning, saying she will make an announcement tomorrow regarding changes to coronavirus restrictions for border communities."It comes as Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said regional communities will be able to move more freely from 11.59pm Wednesday."Ms Berejiklian has said NSW would also amend restrictions for consistency."This will bring more relief for our border communities."More local newsCobram dining venues react to latest easing of restrictions Barooga community misses out on COVID-19 testingRules tighten for private gatherings in NSW
