Metricon’s first time builder information session

By Yarrawonga Chronicle

Metricon knows how exciting building a new home can be, but also that the process can be daunting if you haven’t built before.

That’s why Metricon is running a series of free BuildSmart events, where guests have the opportunity to learn all about the building process in a relaxed environment, consulting experts and customers who have built with any questions they may have.

The Yarrawonga Metricon BuildSmart event is taking place at 6pm on Tuesday, March 5 2019, at Silverwoods Golf and Lifestyle Resort, and will focus on helping customers who are first time builders.
So whether you are saving for your first home, looking for a home and land package, have already purchased land, or are just someone interested in learning more about the Metricon building process, this free event is not to be missed.

Metricon’s Manager, Regional North, Tania Tonks said; “For first home buyers thinking of building in regional Victoria, the doubling of the first home owners grant to $20,000 (available to eligible first home buyers) along with stamp duty savings and low interest rates, now has never been a better time to get into your new home.

“At our BuildSmart Yarrawonga event we will discuss how Metricon makes the buying and building process easy so you can enjoy watching your dream home become a reality. We’ll explain all the steps involved from paying your initial deposit through to being handed the keys to your new home.

“The audience will also learn how, throughout the Metricon build journey, customers receive the attention of specialised individuals dedicated to building their new home.

“Guests will enjoy refreshments and have the opportunity to learn all about the process in a relaxed environment, ask questions of Metricon’s experienced team and to meet a Metricon client who has recently built their dream home.

“Even if you have already purchased established property in the past, this session gives a great insight into what to expect every step along the way during the building process,” concluded Tonks.
