By Cobram Courier

St Joseph’s Primary School staff, students and special friends enjoyed a Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday, May 23, to support Cancer Council Australia.

The weather was kind with the school, with everyone sharing morning tea outside on the basketball courts. More than $300 was raised at the event.

‘‘The school wishes to thank all those families in the community who supported this event,’’ organiser Mary Hyde said.

‘‘It is important for many of us at St Joseph’s school community to support this event.

‘‘We have many families who have or are dealing with cancer in their world today.’’
