Cobram Barooga Kiwanis Club is urging members of the community to come along and enjoy the launch of the book AGE Is An Attitude from number one best-selling international author Lynda Dyer.

The launch will be held at the Performing Arts Centre at Cobram Anglican Grammar School on Wednesday, March 21 from 7pm to 9pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5, with tea and coffee included.

With an ageing population in Australia, leading experts and centenarians have been busy developing a formula to help us age elegantly.

Through an information evening, guests will have the chance to discover ways to make powerful and positive life choices, as well as be informed of the latest research in genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, activity and mindfulness regarding ageing.

The following night, on Thursday, March 22 from 6pm to 9pm, Mrs Dyer will launch her other recent work, Create Confident Kids, also at the Performing Arts Centre at Cobram Anglican Grammar School.

As part of this event, Mrs Dyer will also be hosting a hands-on seminar that will run the rule over a series of exercises that parents, grandparents, guardians and teachers can do with their child.

Mrs Dyer will teach the power of nutritional support, how to change behaviour mindsets and how to best foster a child’s uniqueness.

This event will be free of charge and is one not to be missed.
