The Cobram Lions Log Cabin Market is back on Saturday at Federation Park.
The December market is set to be one of the best, featuring jewellery, household goods, fruit and vegetables, gifts, almonds and oils, honey and local wine.
Lions club volunteer John Artavilla said the market helped promote Cobram as a destination and all funds raised were put back in to the community.
‘‘We owe a lot to former members for setting the market up and to the community for continuing to support what we do,’’ he said.
Fellow Lions member Marj Coulter said there would be entertainment and something for everyone from 8am to 1pm.
‘‘We generally have about 40 stallholders selling everything from arts and crafts to plants, produce and food,’’ she said.
‘‘We are hoping for good weather and are encouraging people to come along on the day for some fresh fruit and vegetables, pick out a gift for a loved one and have a good look at all the interesting products our stallholders offer.
‘‘We get a lot of stallholders from other areas, which makes for an interesting mix.
‘‘And, as always, the Lions van will be selling egg and bacon rolls and sausages and onion in bread, so come along and say hello to our members.’’
